LeftNavBarDemo missing a few files

Just grabbed the latest Demo code branches and found LeftNavBarDemo is missing values/color.xml and layout/custom_view.xml.
 
Looking forward to utilizing this in a new project.

Hi megha,

can you please verify if we miss some files?

There is also a patch from a Developer (David) i gonna forward separately.
Please verify if this patch works, and if so, please add to the sample.
