The transit team at Google definitely notes all the feedback on this
group, though we don't always have time to respond to every message.
In any case, the trip you're asking for crosses such a large area that
the Google Maps trip planner can't always find good results in a
reasonable amount of time. However, the transit team is continually
working to improve their trip planner, so hopefully we'll be able to
give you better results for this query in the future.
