SKIP functionality in GoogleTest v1.8.1

Hi,

Is there a plan to improve 1.8.1 branch with the SKIP functionality. This would be use case for the people who are not upgrading to latest c++11 compilers but still be able to SKIP the tests dynamically.

Does this branch accepts if someone wants to merge the changes from PR https://github.com/google/googletest/pull/1544

The 1.8.x will not accept any requests for any new features and any bugfix requests will only be accepted if proven "critical".
