Account hijacked

Hi, I’m asking for help because I can’t log in to my personal account. My phone was stolen and the thief changed my password. I tried account recovery with my another device which had been used to log in that account but it didn’t work. What can I possibly try next? I’ll provide any information as needed as long as I can.
