Embedding a Link in Google Calendar

Want to put a link to something in the description of an event on a
public calendar -- such as an academic calendar on your website?
In the description of the event type this:
<a href="the url you want to link to">the words you want to use for the link</a>
For example, Biltmore House would appear as a hyperlink on my calendar if I typed the following in the description of the event:
<a href="http://www.biltmore.com">Biltmore House</a>
