It appears that Looker Studio is down again this morning (by down, I mean extremely slow). This seems to be more of an issue over the last few months. Is there a way to report outages to Google? I'm not seeing an option in the interface to do this.

We ended up purchasing around 100 licenses of Pro just so we could get support for instances like this.
