•          Can apply OOAD and Design Patterns to problem solving
•         Experience with Memcached, Redis, and other key-value stores
•         Practices TDD with a deep knowledge of testing Ruby applications
•         Tackled clustering/caching, multi-threading and thread safety issues
•         RDBMS experience including schema design and content modeling
•         Javascript programming with emphasis on jquery
•         Agile Experience
