arabic text with Special Elite font

Hello!
I have been working on a design with Arabic text. The client previously used the Special Elite font and asked me to make some designs with the same font. The problem is that when I am working with Adobe Illustrator, it does not recognize the font and automatically changes it to another one. Is there any solution to my problem?
