Migrated Libre Bodoni from FontLab to Glyph at Nhung request, so she can start adding the Vietnamese.

There are a few issues after the migration
https://github.com/impallari/Libre-Bodoni/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3A%22Glyphs+Migration%22

Basically, they all all related to the FontLab vs Glyphs workflow.
- Automatic Alignment is disabled
- Not yet using Glyph's naming conventions
- Not yet using Glyph's anchors conventions
- Master are not compatible for interpolation (as they where created independently and not intended for interpolation).
- Some kerning groups where missing in the Italics

Nhung can start working with the files are they are now... or I can take an extra day to fix all those.
Dave, what do you think?

Nhung, how confident are you feeling about you addressing each issue?

Hmm... I can look into it but since I'm not sure exactly about how to fix all those, I think I'm gonna need more time to learn on the way.

You can always reach me by chat, if you need help. It would be a good case to learn more about Glyphs.

On Friday and today I did these things:

- Enable automatic alignment.
- Using update glyphs info to rename the glyphs to glyphs' naming conventions.
- Add anchor
- Fix master compatibility, including removing overlapping points, fix components ordering, corrected path direction, corrected the number of points so they're compatible.
- Added Vietnamese to both romans and italics. Though not with Pablo's tips that we shouldn't creat new comb diacritics, instead should be rename the legacy ones to comb.
- I asked Pablo if I should do it again but he said he can fix it. I'll keep this tips in mind in the next projects.

I've merged Nhung commit, but there are still lots of issues.

Housekeeping:
To bring some order, I sorted out each file and added proper version numbers.

- in v2.001 (Roman Only):
  - Glyphs won't export OTF files, quoterigth was duplicated. I renamed the one that has sidebearings set to 10 to /apostrophemod. Now it exports Ok
  - Fixed interpolation errors in /k /v /numbersign /.notdef /multiply /naira
  - Fixed position of .bottom anchor in /y, so it corrects /ydotbelow
  - Changed the “Meduim” interpolation setting from 500 to 550
  - Generated font files, so I can test it.

 - in v2.002:
  - (Roman & Italic) Glyphs wont export OTF files, quoterigth was duplicated. I renamed the one that has sidebearings set to 10 to /apostrophemod. Now it exports Ok
  - (Roman) Fixed interpolation errors in /k /v /numbersign /.notdef /multiply /naira
  - (Italic) Fixed interpolation errors in /numbersign /.notdef /multiply
  - (Italic) Fixed position of .bottom anchor in /y, so it corrects /ydotbelow
  - (Italic) Medium instance name was “Medium”, changed it to “Medium Italic”
  - (Roman & Italic) Changed the “Meduim” interpolation setting from 500 to 550
  - (Roman & Italic) Generated font files, so I can test it.

Problems in LibreBodoni v2.002 diacritics:

1) Uppercase diacritics have mixed alignments:
Some diacritics where moved up a little bit. That’s Ok, it looks good.
But the problem is that the change was not applied consistently to all diacritics.
While some where raised, others remained low, and now we have an inconsistent mix of alignments.
Here is a little animation showing the issue:
Imágenes integradas 1

2) Cedillas:
The cedillas where shifted to the left, they should return to the original position
Imágenes integradas 2

3) Some uppercase diacritics not visually centered:
Imágenes integradas 3

4) Individual glyphs problems:
Imágenes integradas 4
Also: /Eth should like /Ecroat

5) The Lowercase diacritics where lowered too much and made smaller, they look bad because Bodoni has tall ascenders.
I suggest to restore the original form and position. (Also, the /i x-heigth seems to be off by a few units)

6) Lowercase diacritics have mixed alignments and inconsistencies
Imágenes integradas 2

This issues detected in the regular also affect the other styles (Italic, Bold & Bold Italic).
I will file all this issues in GitHub also.

So, basically:
Version 1.001 (FontLab sources, Latin without Vietnamese) can be published.
Version 2 (Glyphs sources,
Vietnamese extension) still has lot of issues.

ĺ (lacute) doesn't look right:

I like the lowered ascender solution in Merriweather
