My assumption based upon recent exchanges is that I have attained
pariah status with regard to this project. So be it....I can accept
and attribute same to a lack of gravitas and vision....sic. The
question that gnaws at me is...will the City upload a complete draft
of the RFI response, including all of the technical detail prior to
submission. The alternative is filing a Freedom of Information Act
request to compel it's publication.

Is it truly unreasonable to ask to see the substantive detail and not
accept "trust me"?
