Hi everyone,

Here's an update on Google-Us events at ETHS.

Today, we passed out 3,000 stickers, hung multiple banners, pinned
flyers throughout the building, and made a PA announcement encouraging
students, faculty and staff to nominate via our link on the ETHS
Internet and Intranet.

Other action items prior to today included:

Sent ENEWS about the Google events to ETHS ENEWS List and the
Foundation list.
Sent AlertNow email to ETHS parents/students
Sent All Staff email about the Google events
Posted information on the Intranet and Internet
Distributed the Google flyer from the city in the computer/media
centers.

We are also excited to have our video played during the press
conference today.

Thanks to everyone for organizing this massive effort, and here's to a
strong finish.
