Dear Google Cluster Data Researchers,

I am currently researching data center power consumption using the Google Cluster Power Trace dataset. Could you please advise me on how I might obtain or infer the geographical locations associated with each Borg cell in the dataset? Any guidance or additional information would be greatly appreciated.
