Request for Access to Cluster dataset.(modified)

Dear Google ClusterData Team,

I am a master's student conducting academic research about DRL-Cloud and I particularly interested in Task Scheduling and Resource Provisioning analysis.

But, I don't have large and small scale dataset..Could you please provide me with access or guidance on how to view and query the dataset through BigQuery or any other tool?
