Where does the googlecl keep client_secret obtained during the first run?

Ok, it looks that some documentation is here. The function that does the search is get_xdg_path. In my case, using Mac OSX 10.7.5 the path was $HOME/.local/share/googlecl/access_tok_$EMAIL.
