What service (Calendar, Docs, Picasa) should be enhanced?

What is the enhancement?
Allow the import of ical files to a calendar. An example command would be:

google calendar import /var/lib/cals/20130401.ical --cal Weekly
and
google calendar import
http://local.intranet/ical/tv/weekly.php?skip_duplicates& --cal Weekly

Both would be a great addition
