If I sign in with my account ("Please log in and/or grant access via your
browser at:"), I get redirected to this page:

https://support.google.com/a/answer/6224347?p=oauth&rd=1

This means I can't use googlecl?

We have a critical process broken due to the lack of OAUTH2 support in
GoogleCl.

Please fix this ASAP!!!!

How do I close it? I can't see any option for that...
