Hi,

We're running Google Apps for Work Premium for our company.

Since we allow our employees to use Gmail/Drive from any Chrome browser, we'd like the ability to reset their sesison cookies on a weekly or daily basis.

The Google Admin Panel (Cpanel) already has the ability to do it using the web interface, however Google APIs seem to not expose so we could automate it.

Similar issues have been filed in:

What's the procedure to officially require an API being added?

Thanks,

Have you checked adminsdk API?

Yes. The only way to log out a user there is to set `changePasswordAtNextLogin` on https://developers.google.com/admin-sdk/directory/v1/reference/users/update#request-body

But that's obviously not great.

So ideally the functionality would be:
Remove all user web sessions, similar to Gmail's "Activity on account". An API that would clear all user's browser sessions but not their Android sessions.

I see your requirements. This seems like a valid business requirement. This forum is for technical questions about using Google APIs. I suggest you reach out to Technical Account Manager that handles your domain, let them help to redirect your request.

In the meantime, I will forward your email to related team. But I can't help on it directly.
