How do i integrate GTalk with my Orkut account?

I made my orkut account from my yahoo id. So if i want to mail a
message to my friend i have to copy my friend address from orkut. i
want that i could convert my orkut id from yahoo id to gmail without
deleting my present orkut profile. i have a google id also. I have
gtalk.
my orkut id is : snehal_...@yahoo.co.in
My gtalk id is : rushto...@gmail.com
My gmail id is :rushto...@gmail.com

now i want that the two ids should be migrated to one i.e
rushto...@gmail.com

how can i do this???
if this is not possible then tell me how can i add all my friend
email
id to GTalk & gmail account...
