error with googleapi.zip

I also have a problem with googleapi.zip. After I have downloaded the
file and I atempt to open it I get the following error
http://miragetom.googlepages.com/gerror.GIF "Cannot open file: it does
not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded this file, try
downloading the file again."
Also computer running xp. No files apear in the file after clicking ok
on the obove mention error.
Someone please help! :)

when i am trying to extract the file; winzip saying that the archive is
corrupted. the downloaded zip file size is 224 kb only. whats the
problem?

I think I have solved my the problem.
I downloaded WinRAR, the error is slightly different, anyway I was able
to repair the achive.
Tools > Repair archive (or Alt. + R).
