Google SOAP Search API key

Hi,

I have Google SOAP Search API key. A single API key is valid
within single directory. I have API key but I dont remember for which
URL I have signed up this key.

Google had stopped accepting new sign up for SOAP Search API. So
my question is that can I use this API key from any URL and if not how
can I specify another URL for my existing SOAP API key?

SOAP keys were never tied to a domain. That is if I remember
correctly.
