I lost the Google Search SOAP API Key. Is there a way to get it back.

I tried
http://api.google.com/createaccount

but not working...

He's going to get in trouble soon. I think that's as illegal as
selling a GMail account.

Doubtful to be honest. Don't you remember when all the gmail invites
went up for sale? That was allowed.
