Some interesting idea about voice recognition

this is not a technical idea, and it doesn't have much of a practical
use, but it's cool. i think.
I thought about having a webage, where people can listen to some short
transcript being read in different languages. now, they have to guess
what language they are hearing.
now come the statistics... it's pretty obvious that an italian will
recognize german or spanish, but would he be able to tell between
chinese (one of the languages spoken there...), japanese and korean?
and would a mexican be able to tell between hebrew and arabic?
i'm sure the statistics will be very interesting, and also let us know
how people around the world hear our languages...
