I am a scientist and have a large collection of pdfs of published
scientific literature (plus other pds of manuals and other documents).
These are organized in folders, and also I do not want to edit these.
It would be very useful to have a Google Reference Library, where I
could upload these and put multiple tags on these, so that my library
is available wherever I go and have access to the internet, even if I
am not carrying my laptop or USB stick.
I am sure the average computer user also has several pdfs that s/he
downloads and would find it useful to have a library of those on
google.
