Gmail Notifier: check mail: torpedo

Hi,

I'm using the Gmail Notifier. When i't says 'new mail' that works like
a magnet on my attention. Many times though, I'll have already seen,
by way of the header pop up, that the new message in question is
trivial, and then I want to delete it or mark it unread from a
distance so I don't have to open Gmail until something comes up that
is more relevant.

You get the idea? Like <Ding!> New mail. I See the header pop up:
boring. I right-click the popup, click 'torpedo' or 'mark as unread'or
even 'delete' and the notifier stops begging for my attention with an
email I don't care for.
