Aargh. Exclude groups from search -- why not?

Just park a checkbox next to each group name in search results for
groups, so that one can quickly check them and click the equivalent of
a SPAM button in gmail. Good grief, some groups have become the
equivalent of spam. At any rate, being able to exclude groups one NEVER
wants results from would be a huge part of making google genuinely
useful. Obviously this would be part of personalized searching. And it
should be as easy to do as a click or two.
