'webAppCreator' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with the webAppCreator in Windows Vista. I have
added a new user variable to my Environment Variables and I'm still
getting this error: "'webAppCreator' is not recognized as an internal
or external command."

In my User Variables I'm adding:

Variable Name: Path
Variable Value: *path to my google GWT plugin*

Any clues why this isn't working? I had to add a new one because the
documentation says I should have had a user variable already called
"Path" but I didnt. I have one under System Variables but I'm sure I
don't want to mess with that. Right?
