I think you forgot to put a message there...

What kind of transparent image? A single totally transparent pixel? Something complex with
variable alpha level?
What will be the usage of such image? In which context?

i resolved my problem with : starImg.getElement().setAttribute("style", "filter: alpha(opacity=5);opacity: 0.95");
