How to pitch an idea to Google.

I know this is a little off topic, but I can not seem to get in
contact with anyone that can help me. I am looking to pitch a
business idea to Google, however I can't seem to find the right person
to get in contact with. The idea that I have would use GWT as a means
of development. If anyone who works at Google reads this and wouldn't
mind sending me an email with contact information I would greatly
appreciate it. I need all of the help I can get in order to turn my
idea into an actual product.

There are a lot of  Googlers around  here. Just send them an email directly. 

In my experience they always respond very fast.
