Is there a good Framework for GWT that supports mutiple resoltions
like in Android with mdpi, hdpi and so on...?

Maybe have a look at the MobileWebApp sample from the GWT SDK; it uses different UIs depending on whether you're accessing it from your phone, tablet or computer.
