Doubt in implementing Events

Hi ,

In http://www.google.com/events/io/2010/sessions/gwt-continuous-build-testing.html its said that we should use setListeners() instead of addListeners(), Im confused as in how are they both different, can anyone please explain that concept with the help of one simple example ??
