This question is so confusing I can only respond with an equally confusing answer:

Have you tried Vim?

Ok, a more serious answer would be: "Can you tell us what you're trying to accomplish?"  Why would you try to edit a txt or js file in a browser?

I would like to write some desktop javascripts , 
where the user can stay within the browser and do their text editing , 
like (maybe) this editor that i am using to Post this reply , 
but locally , not using the webServer (,txt , .rtf , .html , .js)  , 

If there is a way to Copy/Paste from javascript ( click this Button to Copy , click that Button to Paste ) , that would be a great help .
