Load the 20 records on browser scroll

Hi,

My requirement is to implement on browser scroll render the 20 records
like facebook.

I don't have any idea how to implement, only I know is there is a
WindowScrollListener event to capture the event.

My doubt is how to capture the browser scroll is reached bottom end?
and how to implement that?

If any sample code it will be more helpful for me ...

Please help me ...
