Which recent GWT version is the most stable version to migrate to?

Hi everyone,
I am new to GWT. Currently my App is using GWT 1.7.0. I am planning on migrating this App to a latest stable version of GWT.
Can someone please suggest me asap?

All GWT releases are stable except maybe some regressions. Since you upgrade from GWT 1.7 you will not notices regressions from GWT 2.6 to 2.7 anyways as you have a lot of other things to fix in your code during the upgrade process.

Also 2.7. does not support IE 6 and 7 anymore. If you need both then use 2.6.1.
