DialogBox renders under listbox

Happens in the KitchenSink project distributed with 1.1. You can
currently see it here:

Tested on Opera 9, FF1.5, IE6, Safari, Camino
Reproduces in IE6
Does not happen in GWT 10.0.21

(This still happens in 1.1)

Is there some reason the IE6 PopupImpl isn't used for all platforms?
It would expedite testing if potential side-effects of the iframe hack
happened on all platforms.
