How to change locale/ link to current url (how to make flag-buttons to change locale)

At the moment we use some nasty inline JS-Code to change the current url (the loacle part) and let the browser reload the page. Is there a Java/GWT way to make a Link to the the same "place" but with different locale?

Somthing like that: new HyperLink(...,getCurrentUrl().changeLoacele("en")) ?

Or how to make buttons to change locale?
