Is it possible to adjust scrolling sensitivity when dragging a component?

I would like to know if it's possible to adjust the scrolling sensitivity when dragging a component to the edges in order to resize the canvas.

You could use Akasha (https://github.com/akasha/akasha) / Elemental2 API to implement the same structure...
