GPE 2.4 beta update url doesnt work

Hello,
I m trying to download and install GPE 2.4beta. It seems that the url defined here doesnt work
When I try to access to the the url http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/beta/3.7 with firefox, I always have the following error :
<Error><Code>NoSuchKey</Code><Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message></Error>
