I am migrating an existing project to GWT 2.0 and I'm finding that
when running in dev mode with the plugin it is impossible to load
changes to the HTML or CSS for the containing page. Even restarting
the Jetty server does not reload these resources.

I am sure that the answer is to move everything into the declarative
UI xml files... but is there anything I can do in the intervening
time?

thanks,
Pat

So, it's not a problem with DevMode but rather the way that Intellij
IDEA 9.x is running DevMode against an internal cache instead of the
exploded war artifact...

Sorry for the noise.
