application not refreshing

running into some strange problems lately...

1. make a change in the code

2. clean the project

3. compile the project

4. refresh the webpage

for some odd reason, the changes are not being reflected on the page.

any ideas as to why?

i have closed down the browser, cleaned my browser history. nothing seems to work.

please advise if you have ran into a similar problem.

my app gets the changes once i close the project and reopen it again.

anyone?
