Hi All,

I'm working on some maintenance project which was developed with gwt-user.jar. Now I have to add some extra features so I would like to know which version of gwt-user.jar was used.

Is there a way to know the version of gwt-user.jar which was used in the project?

Also, In which version of gwt "com.google.gwt.core.client.ScriptInjector" package had been available to development?

Thanks for your help.

Regards

well if you like inside jar (it's a zip after all) you may find some manifest that mentions the exact version.

Out of memory, gwt-user.jar won't give you the answer, but gwt-user.jar is useless without gwt-dev.jar, and they should come from the same version or things can break.
So just run "java -cp gwt-dev.jar com.google.gwt.dev.Compiler --help" and it should tell which version you're using (or look for com/google/gwt/dev/About.properties inside the JAR)

Just an idea: look into unzipped gwt-user jar and find the newest modification date of some files. it should be more or less equal to an GWT Release date.
