I'm looking to integrate a wiki into my existing GWT application and
would prefer to not start from scratch, so I'm hoping something (even
modest and/or incomplete) exists to build from. I've searched this
group and the links I've found are turning up dead, e.g.:

http://www.iisageek.com/gwt-wiki

So I was hoping someone had updated information about recent progress.

Alternatively, maybe someone has experience integrating an existing
java wiki engine (jspwiki, xwiki) into GWT? I can't think of anything
more elegant than using an iframe, but maybe somebody has done
something similar already?

Thanks!

I think those links were Wikis that were discussing GWT, not addons
*for* GWT. They've probably been removed since there are bigger/
better Wikis, this discussion forum, etc., but I also suspect that
hosting the increasing traffic could have been an issue.

I haven't seen anything about Wiki integration either. I'm presently
using an inelgant IFrame, but my Wiki is used for help content and
does not have to integrate as smoothly (although I'd like it to!).
Perhaps if my installation, based on TWiki, weren't so bad at handling
collaborative things like discussion threads then I'd push harder to
find a way to integrate nicely. Instead I'll use it for relatively
static content.

GWT is already supported by XWiki.

Here is a screenshot of an application based on this integration :

Here is a blog on GWT and XWiki :

Interesting, thanks! I will keep this in mind as I determine how to
integrate...
