gwt-dev-transport.jar origination

Anybody got the instructions on how to create the gwt-dev-transport.jar? 

Its embedded in GPE and it looks like the source originates from gwt-dev.

Looking at an old version, it apparently contains com/google/gwt/core/ext/TreeLogger, com/google/gwt/dev/shell/remoteui/**, and com/google/gwt/dev/protobuf/**. (i.e. remoteui and its dependencies)
