to Google Waves - your wave
By default, all your Waves are private (with the people who
participate).

To add more privacy, you can write a private reply to certain wave
participants.

" Can I send a reply that only certain people can see?

Yes. If you'd like to send a reply to a select group of participants
in a Wave, follow these steps:
1. Open the wave to which you'd like to reply.
2. Click the arrow next to the timestamp in the compose window, and
select Private Reply from the drop-down menu.
3. Click (+) to select the participant(s) you'd like to include on
your private response.
4. Enter your reply in the text box, and click Done. "

You can also make a wave public.

To find public waves, use the following search in the search-box:
with:public

To make a Wave public, do the following:
" degroof Level 1 10/16/09

I finally got it to work...
1. Click on the + beside Manage Contacts
2. Type pub...@a.gwave.com [public AT a - gwave - com] (not
pub...@a.googlewave.com) [not public AT a - googlewave - com]
3. Ignore the "User does not have a Google Wave account" message and
hit enter.
4. Create a new wave
5. Click the + at the top of the wave
6. Choose pub...@a.gwave.com from the list

It's just that simple! o_O

Also, from this list, I made a merged contact, containing four email
addresses. One of them should work...
Go Public Bots are:
pub...@a.gwave.com [public AT a - gwave - com]
pub...@a.googlewave.com [public AT a - googlewave - com]
easyp...@appspot.com [easypublic AT appspot - com]
group:pub...@a.gwave.com [group.public AT a - gwave - com]

As it seems, some or all of these contact will / might disappear and
have to be recreated (added) to your contact list in Google Wave -
even when your Google Contacts system shows and remembers them.
Feature? Bug? Time will tell....

From the official Google help:
" If you'd like to make the contents of a wave public, add
pub...@a.googlewave.com as a participant. This way, you can embed the
wave somewhere else using the Google Wave APIs. "

---> Vertaald uit: http://www.google.com/support/wave/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=162100

with:public

Wave-contactpersonen blijven staan.

Submit knop blijft grijs.

volgende Contacts toe:
pub...@a.gwave.com [public AT a - gwave - com]
pub...@a.googlewave.com [public AT a - googlewave - com] (officieel,
volgens Google Help)
easyp...@appspot.com [easypublic AT appspot - com]
group:pub...@a.gwave.com [group.public AT a - gwave - com]
