Is there a place to go for general help? I feel like I need a lot of
it :)

But first, is there a way to delete contacts? I've got some that are
not valid.

Also, what about a way to delete waves that are not valid. I have
quite a few that say they are empty, but moving them to the trash
folder does nothing.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

For the moment, this is the forum both API and general Wave questions.  If there a more specific place you can go in the future, we will certainly let you know.

You can delete your contacts by going into the Contacts service for your wavesandbox account here -

http://www.google.com/contacts/a/wavesandbox.com

To delete waves you can archive them with the "archive" button, but I know that there have been some problems with that feature.  Thank you for your patience!

Cheers,
Austin

Thanks Austin! I was able to delete my contacts.

However, I still have a few waves in my accounts that I am completely
unable to file in the trash bin or archive. Is there a way to request
a manual removal from you guys? Or is there another way to do it
myself? Thanks so much!

Chris

Also, I can not communicate with my test account. If I send a wave to
it, it always goes through as:

Wave has no contents. Consult backend logs for wave id wavesandbox.com
$w+gdzQ6H3A%0

Once I get the corrupt waves removed and I can send waves back and
forth with my test account, I'll be all set. Thanks!

Hi

I guess waves are hard to destroy, much easier to just forget them and
let them pass. ;-)
Maybe these waves do not collaps when observed, like those of reality.

I wouldn't mind ignoring and letting it pass, but its at the top of my
wave list, even though it is now a day old and there are newer ones.
I also have a feeling that it is interfering with my ability to
communicate with my test account. So it really will never fade. It
will always be on top (unless they delete it or I figure out how, or
we get through with testing, which I can't do since I can't
communicate with my test account :( )
