Guys;

I created an application using the Google Voice JAVA API that does the
following.

You can upload a list of telephone number/Customer number pairs to a
servlet.

When the user says he is ready, the dialer will start dialing the
customers automatically and bring up the customer information.

Using Google voice was really easy to implement, great job.

My question is this.

Is there a way to trap the following events programmatically in the
API?

- When the originating number picks up the phone
- When the destination number picks up the phone
- When the call terminates when either the originating number or the
destination number disconnects

For call termination, I think you would have to regularly poll the API
for calls placed. I believe they display when the call is finished.
If the call shows up, then it is time to place the next call.

I know of no way especially with this API to detect the first two
events.

If you figure something out, let us know!!
