Draw Concentric Circle on Google Map (no google shape circle to be use)

I need to draw concentric circles on Google map. Initially, we have drawn the concentric circle by using google shapes (circle), and based on value will draw a circle on particular lat-long. but the problem with circle shape is that it uses the unit in meters. so when user zoom in or out circle also increased.

Need fix marker with the concentric circle, in another requirement, we have used google charts Pie on google map which is working fine.
