The pie chart visualization currently does not display a legend for
any value that is negligible (not sure what the cut-off percentage
is). Is there a flag to set so the visualization always displays the
legend and the text next to it even though the pie itself would not
really show the slice? In my case, it's a value with about $ 400,000
out of a total of about $ 300,000,000 but the 400,000 is also
significant enough to be shown on the legend at least!

Thanks in advance for any help with this :-)

Unfortunately now there's no way to do that, but we're working on it and hope to have something ready soon. Stay tuned!

What do you mean by add percentage? Can you give a concrete example?

For example, is it possible to have a percentage values written on the slices or at least next to the color meaning description, like this:
<red>: sales in Africa 57%
<blue>: sales in Europe 43%

Thanks a lot,
Katerina

depending on how you are implementing the pie, you could just name the data set appropriately.  in other words pre calculate the percentages (is Javascript perhaps) and append them to the series names.

Yes, and in addition, we're working on making the text displayed inside the slice more flexible, and hope to release this feature soon.

Dear Jinji,

My Current legend is :
Product1 - 10
Product2 - 5

etc...

Now I want to customize like this...
Product1 - 10(19%)
Product2 - 5(10%)

etc...

Thanks in advance.

The legend displays the formatted values of the label cells in the DataTable. When you create the DataTable, you can give customized formatted values to the cells with the labels.

If you mean that you want something to happen when you hover over a legend entry, then that's impossible at the moment. We're thinking about enriching out users interactions, but that's still ahead of us.

For this request, take a look at http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/piechart.html#Configuration_Options, look for the sliceVisibilityThreshold.
