GeoChart data API doesn't recognise Cork county when drawing Ireland province map

Hello,

When I try to draw Ireland by counties and feed it with data per county(province) it won't recognise Cork county and leave it as blank.

Someone suggest me a workaround and use IE-CO. But that breaks my plans on using a spreadsheet as an external dataset source. 

Is it a bug and can it be fixed?
