Smooth line area chart

Hello All,

I am new to Google charts so I ask that you please forgive me if this has already been covered. Anyway I am trying to create an area chart with a smooth line. Just like  the line chart with "smooth lines".

I have options - 

 var options = {

          title: 'Company Performance',

          curveType: 'function',

          smoothLine:'true',

          hAxis: {title: 'Year',  titleTextStyle: {color: '#333'}},

          vAxis: {minValue: 0}

          

        };

but nothing seems to make the line smooth. I have tested these options in the line chart mode, and of course the lines are smooth.

Please help!

AreaCharts do not support smooth lines.  You can file a feature request to add support for this.
