Location of chart in browser

Is it possible to have the chart load in the upper most and left most corner of the available space? There doesn't appear to be an option to call the draw at 0,0.

You can set the chartArea option top and left values to a smaller amount, so there will be less space used on the top and left sides of the chart.

If you mean something else, maybe you could give an example to show what you mean.
